The
Regional Chamber Coalition is a public policy forum consisting of
the Sacramento region's chamber Executive Directors/CEOs and
volunteer leaders who meet to discuss public policy
issues important to economic growth in the Sacramento region,
including flood control, water resources, regionally significant
transportation projects, regional transportation planning,
regional economic development, private sector leadership and state
legislation. We are writing to support funding of the enclosed
projects through the Proposition 1B Corridor Mobility Improvement
Program.
The coalition steering committee consists of one coalition member
from each of the six counties in the Sacramento
region. The steering committee develops the coalition’s annual
policy focus and quarterly meeting agendas.
The
Regional Chamber Coalition develops positions on public policy
issues important to economic growth in the region and communicates
coalition positions to the public, media, government officials,
and elected officials & staff.
